Friday Funnies - Part 6!

While doing research for a science fair project, one of the 5th grade girls looked at me and said, "I can't find when milk was invented."

 

 

I had to ask her to repeat herself, which she gladly did. That's when my smirk started.

 

 

Finally I asked where milk comes from, and she replied, "Cows".

 

 

There was a brief pause...

 

 

Then she said, "Oh, so milk has been around as long as cows have," but she still looked very confused.

 

 

She really had no clue...until two days later when she came up to me and told me she fiiiinnnnnallllyyyyyyyy got it. (Those of you who teach 5th grade know exactly how she said the word "finally"!)
