This is a picture of my folder system. (Can you tell I'm a bit of an organizational freak?!) I want absolutely no excuses from my 6th graders when something is missing or not there or whatever. We also discussed how important it is for them to learn these organizational skills now so they can be more independent next year in junior high. So far the three folder system is working great!
Remember how I have three of these hanging on the walls in my classroom? They were super easy to make! I simply took some old canvas pictures that I no longer had a for, covered them with fabric using a heavy duty stapler, hung, and done! I <3 them!!
This 30 word poem was a great way to start the year! Addie Williams has it very reasonably priced in her TpT store and it was everything we needed to write our first poem of the year. Thanks, Addie!
